There's only 5 very simple instructions on how to make improvement requests. Two of which are (my bold):
4) Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality.
5) Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative.

Let's be honest, does Neymar really need an updated cut-out? The current one is very recent, from the last month or so. And as Ernesttico says, he changes his hairstyle regularly. It'd be a massive task to find sources good enough every time he changes his hairstyle. I would much rather that cutters dedicate their time to producing missing images and genuine improvements.

And to be honest, I disagree with your assessment that it is better than the current MP image. Although the size and background are good, the image is a bit blurred and not very crisp - which would probably result in an MP cut which would not be an improvement on the present MP image.

It may seem we're picking on you as we reject the bulk of your requests, but I assure you it is not the case. But you really need to start thinking twice before submitting requests as they are unfortunately invariably not improvements. What the hell is wrong with you @TiagoAntunes13 ? We said no to a larger version of the same source two months ago. What made you think we'd say yes now? Do you think we're stupid?

I'm sick and tired of rejecting requests from you. We have very simple rules which almost everybody else, including new users, seems to be capable of following and they are there to make it easy for cutters to improve the megapack. Either learn to cut, or learn to make good requests. We have been too patient with you for too long, so please STOP making these kind of non-improvement requests.
