What program and which technique are you using? Also, remember to save the final cut as a png - you saved your attachment as jpg, which does not allow the transparency necessary for a cut

Not sure if this YouTube video helps, as I've never used Gimp.
Ideally, you would use Photoshop as it's got lots more options and capabilities and it's much easier to cut with it...

I obviously can't recommend that you download a pirated copy of a more recent version, but I believe there's a link in the opening post in which you can download Photoshop CS2 legally for free. It may not have the full functionality of the later versions, but I believe it'd still be much better for cutting than Gimp...

Hope you manage to get it downloaded and you manage to work it

If this is your first cut,I can't wait to see more, since this is really good, only try to put head on the center,to have same free\blank\empty space between both sides.

Thanks, mate. Do you think this would make it in the megapack?
Baja
If it's missing,sure it will
Let's make @mons to know about it

In the beginning I think i only will do the missing pics

The edges are slightly jagged, especially the hair and the right-side of the head (as we look at it). So keep an eye out for that in the future.
And ideally, before you start on the cut, you rotate the face so that the eyes and ears are on the same line, as the face is slightly slanted at the moment.
But that's being finicky and that's a very solid start There are much worse cuts in the megapack, I'll tell you that

Thanks @BajaHater, is this better?

As you see he needs to be cleaned more than this.
Also as I said before,as much closer to the chin, but with shit visiable. That should look kind like this, but I didn't cut him either, this is just an example.

Open the page in Firefox, right click on the page and select 'view page info'. Go to the Media tab and find the correct background image and click the save as. That's about it.

Is this an aceptable cut-out?

Thanks.

It seems that part of his hair is missing from the top right and the collar needed a tiny bit of cleaning on from left, but that took me two seconds to fix so it wasn't a big deal in this case. I would personally clean up the collar too, but that's not something you should worry about and the overall quality seems quite good and it's definitely acceptable with the hair fixed.
