Just getting the right job at the right time at the moment @DNZY
Thanks @Ice Man you're doing well yourself! Funny you should say that about Northern Ireland/Ireland jobs..
Another New Job - 15th January 2025
Well its finally happened, I've managed to get one of the bigger jobs in Ireland and this could finally see me tick off a whole country should all go to plan this season. I doubt I even need to go too much into detail who the selected club are, but I'll give you a quick run down anyway. I've been out of a job since July so after a fair few months out, the waiting paid off.
Yes, a side that turned me down a season or two ago come calling this time around following a successful interview I had accepted the job at Dundalk. Despite not having a transfer budget, the squad is big enough to get rid of some players and the boards aims are simple, win the league and I expect that as well, could I complete Ireland in one season and wrap up a clean sweep...
As I said, a very strong squad and big one here, I expect to make some changes this summer, may explore the loan links like usual to try and strengthen the squad to challenge to regain the title after losing it this year around.

Mid Season Round Up - June 2025
We're now just past the start of June and we've got time to update you guys on how the season has panned out to date. I shortly realised I couldn't win every trophy in Ireland here, so I'd need to keep the league loaded, however we can still take the majority of the trophies. There is very little competition against us here too so I'm expecting it!
Unless I'm wrong, this should be my last coaching qualification in the bag. Dundalk agreeing to cover the cost to get me to the top. Big jobs, come at me!
We've currently featured in three different cup competitions and won six games, progressing in each and every one of them. We are in the Semi Final of the League Cup, the Third Round of the Senior Challenge Cup and the Final of the Leinster Senior Cup. I'm still targetting all three of them come the end of the season.
A fairly straight forward run through the league so far this season, except our small blip in the middle where we decided to lose three straight games, that wasn't great! But we soon returned back to normal form to be challenging for the top spot of the league title.
We've played 16 of the 33 league games scheduled for this season and we're top of the league on goal difference at least. I'm hoping we can push on this second half of the season and move clearer at the top of the pile.

Glad you won the FA Trophy last season and Dundalk is a decent job to smash out Ireland!

I think you're right James lyer
Getting through it for now @tongey don't blame you, you should of just counted your current trophies and forwarded the save back to the date you were on and played from there.
Thanks for taking time to read and catch up @r96Skinner appreciate the kinds words.
Soon to be out the UK @vp just awaiting the right time to add some more leagues in.
End Of Season Round Up - 3rd November 2025
A slightly busy weekend stopped me playing the remainder of my season out at Dundalk but I've finally had time to get through it and put together the update. We were sat top of the league going into the second half of the season and in all three cup competitions as well. We were also due to enter the Euro Cup in the summer which would slightly congest our fixture list, could we keep our nerve and bag the bunch...
We had loads of cup action in the second half of the season, here is just the ones played since the last update. Lets start with the Euro Cup, we had a very good run through the competition, reaching the playoff rounds where English Premier League side Swansea dumped us out. But we made a good bit of money heading through three rounds of good football. We went on to reach three domestic cup finals as we were due to face Shamrock Rovers in the Leinster Senior Cup Final, St Pat's Athletic in the League Cup Final and Irish First division side Longford in the Senior Challenge Cup Final.
A narrow victory in the Leinster Senior Cup Final saw us beat Shamrock Rovers infront of four and a half thousand fans. We had dominated the game possession wise and shot wise but only beat them one nil. Mulcahy netted the only goal of the game after twenty minutes.
The League Cup Final was also played in front of four and a half thousand fans but a closer match against St Pat's Athletic. We fired the shots away and led two nil at half time. Goals from Montgomery and Mulhern sent us two up. Ellis pulled one back for the eventual runners up with fourteen minutes from time, their only shot on target.
And that was the treble secured as beat Irish First Division side Longford in the Senior Challenge Cup. We raced out the block infront of seven and a half thousand fans with Horgan netting after eight minutes and Mulhern doubling our lead two minutes later. Mulhern could of killed it off ten minutes before the break, but his spot kick was saved. O#Connor netted to wrap the game up sixteen minutes from time.
Our league form managed to remain strong for the majority of it, picking up twelve wins, two draws and three defeats in our seventeen remaining league games this second half of the league season. We were a little leaky defensively as we kept just five clean sheets in those seventeen games. We had netted thirty eight goals, averaging well over two goals per game. Was this enough for a fourth trophy this season though....
Yep it sure was, four trophies this season has helped boost not only my reputation and trophy count but almost complete Ireland. We won the league by nine points in the end with St Pat's Athletic the surprise runners up in the league this season.

How do you make tactics for low-reputation league side?
Dan
In all honesty @Hornets26 I don't change up my tactic, I have two basic formations a 4-4-2 and a 4-2-2-2.
Presidents Cup Final - 1st March 2026
We have one game to go before I hopefully leave Dundalk and only need to return to Ireland for one trophy. The Irish Presidents Cup Final left us to kick off our pre season with a great start and along the way, we could also go on and seal my fifth trophy in just over four hundred days in charge at Dunalk. Lets see what happened.
And there it is, we were champions of the Presidents Cup as well. It was a dominant affair for us, with us having slightly more of the possession and along with that, we had eighteen shots to St Pat's Athletic two! The goals came just before the break with Mulhern netting both, first one a minute before the break and the second in injury time of the first half.
Resigned from my post after just over four hundred days in charge. Makes a change to last over a year in a job but due to us not being in the Presidents cup last year around we had to hold out. Its been a fun, enjoyable but expected short stint at Dundalk. However this isn't Ireland done. I'll need to return for the Irish Munster Senior Cup with my preferred club being Cork City.

This unfortunately affects every country I try to add in and it affects every division and nearly every single club which has almost ruined the save as its going to be easy to club hop from one to another with so many vacancies open whenever I want to move to somewhere else, this making it a lot less interesting for you guys as well as me.
This could be my motivation killer!

Best bet is to save your game, turn off auto save and holiday to june and add the leagues in to see if it happens. If you started it after the beta, you may be alright. But because Shedender Tongey and I started during the beta I think it'l affect all us

A - World dominating Bradford - Take over Bradford PA from the Conference North and push them to not only the Premier League title but eventually Champions league success. And then, resign when they're the best club in England and take over the role at Bradford City, bring them up to the Premier League and have the two Bradford sides competing for Premier League titles and Champions Leagues. The New 'City and Arsenal'.
B - Take Salford City/FC United from the bottom tier up to the top, again aiming for PL and Champions League success on the way. Overthrowing the likes of United and City on trophies one overall and individuals etc.
C- Build a nation - Head to somewhere like Wales/Gibraltar etc and take over a club, stay there many years until they are one of the best in the world and challenging for the CL and then leaving and taking over another club in the division, rinsing and repeating to make the league the most powerful in the world!
D - Your thoughts...

You could get bored and suffer motivational issues with a top two pal.

Also could you post the manager loading issue on the SI forum as someone else has also had the same problem, I'm also certain i did too https://community.sigames.com/topic/387765-added-league-all-clubs-have-no-manager/
