Facepacks,logos etc not showing

hi everyone, no matter what I try, I cannot get face packs, logos etc. to show up in my game. I have never normally had a problem but this year whatever or try, videos I have watched or advise from people on here, they wont show. I have deleted all my packs and reloaded them, deleted the game and re- installed it but nothing shows. The player pictures are shown in the pack inside my graphics file and the xml file is there.

Is anyone else looking doomed to play with no downloaded packs this year or has anyone any clues how I can get these showing

Have you changed the user data folder perhaps?

Also, have you changed your preferences and unticked the use cache box?

Definitely check whether you've unchecked the "use cache" box as mons suggests. I was having trouble with the graphics packs until I realized I'd neglected to do this.

I have loads of times in every game that's come out, I am wondering if WinRAR is working properly

Hiya there - thought this had been solved to be honest

Let's have screenshots of where your logos and faces are, of your in-game preferences, of the contents of your logo and faces folders and anything else you think relevant.

Also, what is shown in the game? Is it a blank space where the graphic should be, or is it a default graphic?

I downloaded a logo pack for my Fm 17 and I noticed some logos aren't showing. The logos include Swansea, Leicester, along with all the country logos. None are showing while some of the logos only show when I'm playing a match e.g the logos from la Liga and seria a. I've tried everything but still nothing seems to work. I know there's a problem somewhere but I cannot seem to find it. Help!
