I don't want to use the new manager avater in FM 2017. Normally I use my own cutout.
Is this possible in the full version? Or do I have to create something that looks like me....

As far as I know, this is not possible for now in FM17.

Yes pretty much. I tested with adding my own picture with my manager ID, and it didn't fix it.

I can't even find the "show me the IDs" button. Kind of disappointing. Hate to see just a black silhouette :-(
Edit:
Asking Miles via twitter and he swift reply "no". So it is confirmed that we can't have our own cutout for our managers. Kind of underwhelming. But yeah, you have to take it as it comes I guess.
