For the first kit I like Leicester's home kit pattern.

For the away kit I like the pattern of Man Utd's third kit:

Instead of the black details use again the green colour from Panathinaikos's kit.

Template - Wider centre portion than traditional Ajax kits, much like Crystal Palace Home 16-17, with a standard round collar like this shirt.
Badge - Ajax standard.
Manufacturer - Adidas without ®.
Sponsor - ABN-AMRO, horizontal as shown (as opposed to the traditional vertical). No logo, just the text and diamond.
Home - Traditional Ajax red centre with white sides & sleeves. Badge like this with gold stars; manufacturer and sponsor also in white. Shirt to feature the 3 X's from the Amsterdam crest (just the X's, not the crest itself), positioned centrally and vertically, between the badge and adidas logo.
Away - Black centre with red sides & sleeves. Badge, manufacturer, sponsor and X's in white. Stars above badge remain gold.
Third - All Electric Blue kit, but with large sleeve cuffs like these. Badge, manufacturer, sponsor and X's all in black. Sleeve cuffs and stars above badge to also be black.

- Change colour to a deeper red, like Ajax red.
- Remove white and grey stripes on the main body
- Only single white stripe on sleeves (remove grey)
- Add Microsoft as the sponsor (link below) but without the blue
- If possible could you add just the monument from the crest (linked below) into the main body similair to the way the Torino bull is on their old away kit (also linked) - solid colour rather than their text detail. Also please change the colour to an even deeper red so that it is quite subtle
