Config issue?

I'm competent at graphics and the way configs work, but all of a sudden my AC Milan pack has stopped working in game after I added a few new faces this evening.

Can somebody advise if there is anything wrong with the config or maybe I need to change some settings in FM?

I deleted the fake files recently but surely this is nothing to do with it?

Are you changing the config manually or through a program such as fmXML?

Is the base config file one from a particular facepack or one you created from scratch?
