I've noticed in Football Manager, SOME grounds look like the ground in real life however others do not look a thing like them is there anyway of changing this?

Good point! It would be really nice to have more stadiums show up looking more true-to-life in match view, if that is possible.

The way stadiums looks is hard-coded and depends on how thorough the researcher is when inputting the respective details, and so I'm afraid there's not much you can do.
