Using 2016 3D kit in 2017 ? OK ?

I was wondering about that because there's still no 2017 3D kit for Belarus. But there's a 2016 3D kit(reloaded in July).

So, are the config folder the same ? ID...and whatever

There won't be problems as such. But the kits displayed will be last year's and in some cases may not match those in the FM17 database.
