Is it possible to have a picture instead of regen style profile, and if so can you change it mid-way through a save?

I have recently downloaded the cut out megapack, which looks amazing! However it has left me wanting to reproduce this style with my own managers profile. Does anyone know if you can upload a file like this mid way through a save and would it be a .png?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
