I don´t know what you first language is but "improvement" has several meanings! It can also mean something like an "innovation" or a "progress" in a special way!
And for that reason a picture of a player in his new dress can also be understand as an improvement!
And as I have already mentioned in the "Lucas Hufnagel" thread, the players age and because of that they look a bit different...

It doesn't matter what is my first language,and how someone could understand the word "improvement",I know what improvement mean as part cut-out project and that's only thing that I care about.If you take a look on these two there is 0% change in his look,current one is more than decent cut,requested one is not that great resolution,and also worse angle,so no,it's not an improvement.

If you try and upload an improvement image request, there is a better explanation of what can be regarded as an improvement and what not. If the current MP cut is quite recent and is of a good quality, a source image in this year's kit but in a lesser resolution, then this is not considered an improvement. Remember that in-game players can move clubs, so having the most recent kit is not really as important as having a good-quality cut.
