You'll have to be a bit more specific. It's like going to a doctor and telling him "I have pain" and expecting an instant diagnosis .What packs are you talking about? Is an error message being displayed?

Use the torrent to get the base megapack

You can get it by scrolling to the bottom of this page until you come to the torrent tabs and download the 9.0 version. To be fully up-to-date, you would still have to download any subsequent update packs separately.
