Custom FM Start Date

I tried to use the Custom Football Manager Start Date File that you can download on sortitoutsi, here: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-start-date
But when I have to pick the nations I want to include in my save and I pick the USA too, then all the sortitoutsi start date options are greyed out.
I don't have any other editor files selected and I'm using the 17.3 database.
Any ideads how to fix this?

What I know is! u simple can't pick USA if u want to use custom date file.
I don't know why exacly?don't know if there is a post about it

I downloaded this patch so I could start preparing my
Milan team and Serie A generally for next season.

The dates and the data are fine but none of the teams have any money so there's virtually no transfer activity. This is both a problem for my milan team which is now flush with cash in real life and for the other teams which will remain the same next season.

I tried to fix it by doing my own edit and giving teams funds but it didn't work.

Is there any way of fixing this?

Found the answer!

Remember to allow transfers in the first transfer window!

Is there any chance that England - Sky Bet League Two will be added to this amazing update?
Maybe even the National Conference as well? So both Lincoln City and Forest Green Rovers are ready to replace Hartlepool United and Leyton Orient.
