Regen face problem

i have a problem as you can see. I reinstall the game, i reset the original files, i reset the only hair folder to original one but i cant solve this problem. I installed regen hair pack and there wasnt any problem but suddenly it changed like this and i couldnt solve it. Please help me. :/

I'm afraid it looks like you installed the regen pack in an incorrect manner. Your best option is to verify your game cache. This will recreate your regen face file (and also the licensing fix name files), so you'd need to re-apply the files again; make sure you install it correctly this time

I did it twice but nothing changed :/ i dont understanf why.
And also i deleted the game and install it again but again it is same. What can i do ? Am i going to delete steam and the install it again then install the game? :/ please help me 🙂

Remove the regen hairpack before verifying the integrity of the game cache.

Once you do this, can you take a screenshot of your hair folder please?
