Would all the Players` ID be changed every year?

Recently, I`m putting effort in finding better (higher quality & better posing) players` background & stadium (mini) photos for FLUT Skin. But I would like to know if ALL the PLAYERS, STADIUM and CITIES` ID won`t get any change in the new installment (FM18)? I would be glad if it won`t get changed so that everything need not to redo again from scratch.

Also, I would like to share my work in this forum. How can I do it? Is there anything I should take note before sharing it here?

UIDs remain the same in the game year-on-year. This ensures that any graphical content can be reused from one version to the other.

As for sharing you work, it really depends what file(s) you are referring to. I would suggest either posting in the respective graphic file forum (either on this site, or elsewhere) or contacting the maker directly to see how best to go about it
