U18's and U23's League

Hello
I am in a game and moving up through the leagues with Tranmere but their U18's and U23's do not play in the league so im having to arrange friendlies every week to get them a game. Is there a way that they can join the league?

known bug for a long time, sadly SI isn't doing anything to fix this, just "looking into this".

They are set to have no fixtures in database only way is to start a new game but go to editor before and untick the no u18 and reserve fixtures button had to do it for Salford after 9 seasons of accepting invite to join
