Middlesbrough have a young lad by the name of Lewis Wing, whom the brought from Shildon AFC. He's definitely earmarked for the u23 squad but having seen him play a couple of u23 friendlies think he may break into 1st Team. How can I add him to database. The MFC website has a feature on him when he signed and list him in u23 squad. http://www.mfc.co.uk/player/61

The FM database is extracted from the official game database and cannot be added to or modified, so I don't think it's possible.
