@timtim11 , please take the time to review your cut on a dark or transparent background before finalizing. There's quite a bit of snow around the head. As a result, neither this or any of your United cuts can be considered as improvements

You can use this technique to remove the snow, although ideally there's none of it in the first place. Hope this helps

I'll get back to you tonight on this as I don't have Photoshop at work

The MP cut is recent enough, let's wait to see if a better source is provided if/when United have an official photoshoot for the whole team.
