It appears that the ID was used for Steven Bos in FM16 and that the Dutch researcher renamed him, instead of creating a new person.
Can you please make a request here with the first image in this link? I'd do it myself, but I'm at work and that site is blocked...

Hi there. As you can see, some requests are not dealt with immediately. This is usually because either (a) the request is technically difficult and therefore cutters are wary of taking it on or (b) because we have more requests than our cutters can handle.
The way the system is designed means that cutters can easily sort pending images. If, after a period, they are not yet cut, we collect them into a mixpack of uncut requests so that they are not lost.

Uploaded the images to hosting site and it worked fine, but the option to upload from my images on my computer doesn't seem to work.

The request box doesn't list him as a selection when I put his name in and it fails if I manually enter his ID
Could this be due to him being a referee rather than a player?
Is there any work around to get this request listed?

I'd like to contribute to the Megapack with some pictures of Norwegian Players, but the request does not accept my uploaded picture. All I get is "something went wrong". I don't have any links unfortunately.

Second picture should show the request site with my data "Kristian Strande" ID "53108461" and my picture called "Kristian Strande.jpg", but it won't.

Doesn't seem like it so far, no. You're welcome to go through them, identify the sources which can be considered improvements and post them as either individual requests or teampacks/mixpacks

You're only really supposed to request cuts for people who are in the FM database. The No ID thread is there for people who voluntarily produce images of players not yet in the game.

Had a quick look, images are far too small and of poor quality to be cut I'm afraid
