You need to select the file when you start a new game up, select advanced options. Then click on the file to make sure there is a tick by its name before starting a new game.

Are you running the game with STEAM, are you using other transfer files, delete older files?
Quite simply ... we are also getting many people not installing the update correctly ... then complaining ... actually finding they haven't got it right ... then say nothing. Cut us some slack like.
The suggestion of having two updates is quite simply ... silly.
It's good I deleted all the old files and I started again and it works now!
I had files like the real German names, the real names of the competitions etc ... of the blow it had to create conflict but it works.
On the other hand it was not a reason to be unpleasant it was a simple proposition.

other transfers have worked; such as Ox to Liverpool and Zappacosta to Chelsea... please help?

Kylian Mbappé is now on loan to Paris Saint-Germain until 30th June 2018 paying 100% of wages. The loan deal includes an option to buy the player for £165m.
