I see you started cutting by picking top leagues teams,but you need more experience if you want your images to replace existing ones.
1. Leaving heads without a bit of shirt or collar is problem number 1.
2. I don't know what technique for removing background you're using,but images with shiny jaws are missing some parts like on this one
That is happening because the software cannot recognize the edge between jaw and the background.You need to use History brush and go over missing parts to recover original pixels (make sure you do that before cropping).
