I'm afraid that source is nowhere being good enough to be an improvement as it's simply too small. Just because your source may be more recent doesn't mean it will automatically be an improvement. There's various factors such as image size, quality, lighting, face orientation etc. Have a look at some other improvement requests to get a better idea
