I suspect it's just the case that the SI cutters used the same sources HRiddick did, and so the cut looks similar...

The reason is, that I started to play the EA FM again, but when the Football Manager 2018 will be released, I will come back

Anyway, I saw this last night and thought it might be a very useful tool for images that are too small to get decent cuts from...(not sure if anyone else has already used it)

Hrm...wouldn't replace the MP one, but might make a half decent cut. Looks a little "vaseline'd" but not too bad.

Agree it probably may not replace the MP cut, but that was the first source which came to hand as being rejected purely due its small size, and the blurring effect isn't as visible when resized downwards.
Definite improvement when resized to a cuttable size and compared to the old source (attached), if not necessarily on the MP cut

It's more in terms of improving sources rather than a cutting technique per se, but I'm sure that you and all the other cutters agree that the better the source, the more likely a good cut is produced

@Sopel and @Maxinho, any answer re the above please? No worries if you don't have the time or inclination to take on the packs on your WIP list, but they've been there for 2-3 months in most cases and it's only fair that the requesters have some closure on their requests...
