Extract file to desktop then move to:
my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2018/graphics/faces
If you don't have the last two folders, then create them.
Then open game and go to Preferences>Display... and tick "always reload on Confirm" and untick "Use Skin Cache"
Click confirm and away you go.

I've seen your new uid finder for personal assistant etc, so might give that a go too but this is much simpler!
