In some cases, the details in the FM database have been input wrongly, duplicated or not been input at all - and this results in some kits either not displaying or the text colour looking different to the kit.

One way of solving this isthe use of a kits colour changes file, which ONLY works when applied BEFORE starting a new game.

Instructions below on how to install this file BEFORE starting a new game:

Go to Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2018 \ editor data
Delete all previous instances of this file or others named similarly.
Put this file in there and start a new game. Voilà, problems sorted

It is also possible to change the kits in the middle of a save game by using an in-game editor

Things this file will fix include:
1) fixing national or leagues teams kits in instances where they don't appear, like for example West Ham / Spurs

Wrong Colour Bar...

2) removing kits from the database which are not in the SS kitpacks, like for example this team

3) assigning the correct kit colours and/or styles in the instances where the FM database and the kitpacks don't correspond

what does it mean that there is no SSKCC? does it mean that kits doesn't work in FM18? Or only SS Kits doesn't work in Fm18 and other kits yes? I want to start playing FM18, but only with logos, kits and faces. Logos and faces are OK, but i have not yet installed the kits. Will they work?thanks

yeah no SSKCC YET! im working on it...it will release very soon but it will long weeks

I have downloaded the SS kits for the first time for FM18 after using the default versions in fm17 and older games. I have noticed that random kits do not display. I have checked the ID and config files and all match up and look okay. Will the FM18 SSKCC fix this once released?

Hopefully yes. To be safe, best to mention the kits in question to hammer9 so he can make sure any potential issue is rectified by the time the file is released.

It really depends on how thorough and attentive the SI researchers are tbh.

And yes, best to put Fidney's default SS style kits alongside any other SS packs you download

As you know from previous years, I am a good kkc checker.

I have downloaded all English packs and your kkc file. Here are the problems for you to fix:

Wolverhampton Wanderers - default third kit showing
Blackpool - default third kit showing
Cambridge United - default third kit showing
Morecambe - default third kit showing
Newport County - kit colours wrong for away kit
Wycombe Wanderers - default third kit showing
Aldershot Town - kit colours wrong for away kit
Eastleigh - kit colours wrong for away kit
Stockport County - kit colours wrong for away kit
Poole Town - kit colours wrong for away kit
St. Albans City - kit colours wrong for away kit

I will check other leagues soon.

Some problems that I've noticed.
Sweden, allsvenskan.
AIK. third kit won't show.
Djurgården, color change for away kit. Maybe, third as well.

Sweden, superettan
Brommapojkarna, third kit should be removed.
Norrby, color change for away kit.

Denmark, superligaen
AC Horsens, none of the kits shows. (Home, away and third)
AGF, third kit should be removed.
Helsingor, third kti should be removed.
FC Midtjylland, away kit won't show.
Lyngby, third kit wrong color.
OB, third kit should be removed.
Randers, third kit should be removed. Color change for away.
Sonderjyske, third kit should be removed.

Denmark, division 1.
Vejle, color changes away and third.

Norway, obos-ligaen.
FK Jerv, color change for away kit.
Levanger, color change for away kit.

Hopefully this helps

I have noticed that Southend United is the wrong shade of blue for the home team. It looks to be the correct shade of blue when loading the file in the editor, but in the game its not the same and is too light a blue

I have downloaded the SSKCC v0.1 for FM18 and although there are no longer any missing kits I have noticed for example the england away kit colour does not match. I thought the SSKCC fixed this?

I have started a new game to apply the SSKCC config but still see this issue.

I have done a check within the editor on the SSKCC v0.1 config and there is a high number of failed changes. Could there be issues with the file?

you need remove old europe pack, go get download latest pack. Luxembourg was swap home red away white tho.
