Are the Bolivian Leagues Playable?

Can one start a career with a team in Bolivia? I'm able to add the First & Second Division via the Custom Setup option when setting up the Database, however I can't select it as a country to play from. Would appreciate some guidance on this please!

First of all, there's a difference between having a playable league and selecting the players from a country/division to load in your new game. By default, FM18 does not have the Bolivian league available as playable out of the box. However, by getting this download and applying it, you should be able to manage in Bolivia.

Having had a quick look at the Bolivian FM18 division and clubs, it looks like the top division's clubs mostly have a full squad complement, but it is not necessarily the case for all 2nd division clubs. Perhaps it may be worth ticking the "add players to playable teams" tickbox before starting your new save game
