Woking or Concord Rangers away for us. Don't know a lot about either side. I know Woking used to have that rat faced arse Garry Hill as their manager until very recently and that they are somehow doing well in the National League. Both would be new grounds for me, so either a trip down south in the middle of fekking nowhere or a trip to Canvey Islands on the books

Boreham Wood away. Guess I can be happy as it's a small ground all the way down London so we hopefully won't take too many fans what with gate receipts being split. Hopefully they will do us over and take the £18k pot for winning the first round. I did watch them on the BBC stream at the weekend, when they actually qualified for this round by beating St Albans. Unfortunately, Bowyer is a decent manager and we have a squad that should be capable and motivated enough to beat them.

Got absolutely REKT by Woking in our replay today. 0-3 ffs.

Also, bottom of the league. Epic.

Third Round draw is out, with a Merseyside Derby among the headline making ties.

Home to Luton for NUFC... could be interesting and more uncomfortable than preferred given how freely they score in their league, but it is still a League Two team.

Yay can't wait until we're humbled at home by Luton.

We're free scoring and in good spirits at the moment but I can't see us producing a giant killing at Newcastle, if it was at the Kenny then maybe. Should be a cracking game though, can't understand how it hasn't been selected for TV! (I'm a Luton fan if you hadn't guessed)

We've sold over 7,200 tickets for the trip to Newcastle so far, still got over 600 left so could take nearly 8,000 up there! Wish I could make it, will be a cracking day out regardless of the result, we've got nothing to lose.

It's not even on any overseas TV channels which I'm a little surprised especially considering Luton can easily cause an upset if we're complacent or they're simply better than us on the day.

When you consider the likes of Norwich vs. Chelsea or Nottingham Forest vs. Arsenal are being televised - the Newcastle/Luton game probably would've been selected if the game was at Kenilworth Road instead of St. James'.

Norwich or Chelsea away... not my first choice for Round Four.

Don't worry. If we go through and play against you like we played in the first game you'd be fine.

If nothing else, the antics at Anfield seem to show some of the kinks in VAR use need working out a bit. Though its still premature IMO to be slagging it off as a game ruining invention.

Jesus. Totally dreadful. Still somehow should have put Birmingham to the sword, but inexcusable in giving the game away like we did. I can only hope that it's because we've been working on tactics and shape for Tuesday.

Also the worst piece of defending I've ever seen from Scott Malone. Waste of £5m. Utter shite.

We did look in the game for the opening half hour, but didn't do enough with our pressing along with the odd woeful pass, then duly conceded two silly goals and that was it, really.

Meh. Suppose I'll live with it if we stay up. Would be nice to go beyond Round 4 in this tournament for once though.

West Brom have had a poor enough campaign without their prep for this involving senior players allegedly stealing a taxi in Barcelona at 5am. The fuck is going on there?

Bit of a mugging, that. Bossed them for the entire game, just done by a £75m striker on the break - that's what you pay the money for. Reminded me of Middlesbrough a couple of years back - a full-throttle performance that didn't quite break down an organised defence.

VAR most certainly doesn't work. The farce for their disallowed goal sums it up. To be fair to the linesman, I'd have flagged him on - his knee was off and for me the benefit goes to the forward. But the moment you get technology involved it becomes black and white. His knee is off, therefore the goal must be ruled out. I'm far more annoyed that we didn't get a penalty for Smalling's handball - where was the VAR for that? Pretty clear-cut decision, too.

The BBC's coverage was an embarrassment. Not a single mention of us after we put in that display. Remarkable.

I'm not entirely sure what, if anything, Man United were trying to do yesterday. The penalty did tip the game because it meant they had to do something to respond, and they took too long to really get going.

Mourinho making an absolute tit out of himself after as well, the man has a severe lack of self awareness. Saying Chelsea didn't deserve to win because they spent the game defending, he's a monumental moron

A team with a defence consisting of Smalling/Jones and two 30+ year old midfielders shouldn't be winning anything tbh
