Hamilton stopped Dundee United from returning to the top league, a 1-0 agg score over two legs shows how tight it was though! Next year for my Scottish tangerines.

I'll give up talking to myself soon, don't worry

Briefly though, surely Celtic fans won't stand for this clear nepotism? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40437014

I know it says he is just "keeping him fit" until he returns to England to look for a club. Isn't that how these things always start though? I should know, we had the McMahon manager and son combo along with the Inces!

Mate, i'd provide Brendan with some KY jelly if he came round and asked to bang my missus after what he achieved for us there, letting his son train with the squad is nothing. Absolutely no chance would we sign him.

And no he came on at some point in the second half.

If he doesn't find a team in England? I can see him being offered a contract, even if it's "just to keep him fit and sharp and he can lend experience to the younger kids in the reserves" etc before being sent out on loan in Jan to some lower league Scottish side. Maybe that's just my cynicism and experience of nepotism going into overdrive though.

Celtic have signed a kid from Ipswich though, Bendyu I think his name is? Even living in Ipswich and therefore interacting with their fans I still know nothing about him. Hope he does well though!

Can't see it at all i'm afraid, hoping Toure stays on for that matter though.

No idea about him at all apart from checking up his stats, mate of mine had a look at forums and looks like people wanted him to stay/rated him. One for the future/injury rotational problems anyway as our midfield is bursting at the seams already and can't see him replacing Armstrong, Brown, Rogic or McGregor. Hopefully spells the end for that useless cunt Bitton though.

So it has been proven in a court of law that Rangers cheated over a period of 10 years, which unfairly won them 14 trophies.

SFA says they are taken no action at the moment, hopefully the clubs involved, the fans etc all rally together to get these cheating fucks trophies stripped. Simply can't be ignored.

Former Celtic and Manchester United midfielder Liam Miller has died at the age of 36.

Miller, who won 21 caps for the Republic of Ireland between 2004 and 2009, had been suffering from cancer.

Miller started his career at Celtic in 2000 before moving to Old Trafford four years later, also playing for Leeds, Sunderland, QPR and Hibernian.

Celtic said they were "deeply saddened", adding that their "thoughts are with his family and friends".

BBC Scotland pundit Tam McManus, who played with Miller at Hibs, tweeted: "I'm afraid it is true that Liam Miller has sadly passed away today. Thoughts are with all his family and friends at this horrendous time. So sad."

Miller ended his career in the United States in 2016, having also played for three clubs in Australia and his hometown club Cork City before retiring.

So, with Aberdeen now out of European competition, could it be a mixed blessing? Is this now their best change to weaken Celtic's hold on the league title and take it home? Rangers and Hibs will also still be distracted by their European adventures...

Hearts beat Celtic!

Of course it is the Rangers target Lafferty that scored too.

Could this be Rodgers last season at Celtic?

Only got the media to go from down here! I work with a Dundee United fan but he has lost his interest in it all of late.

You're one of the few that regularly uses the site at all by the looks of things

Man I've got Susie as one of my new tabs, but now it's a fucking ghost town whenever I browse. No time for FM either.

I miss the old Susie

Off topic/Sports Discussion will never be lively again due to social media (not that I really use it myself), Its the same at every FM site other than the official forums.
