I think this is the right image of him it's literally the only photo I could find. Plus on Football Manager he's favoured personnel is Roger De Sá and on his Twitter account where I got this photo from he follows him and Roger De Sá follows him back. So I'm pretty sure this is him!

But it's a bit difficult for us to provide a cut from an image with half his head chopped off

I know it was my thought too it's not really a clear photo either. He's like a really good assistant at lower league level and has never had his picture in any of the games haha. This is literally the only image that exists of him online too

I uploaded my reasoning for being convinced this bloke is Gordon Ewen a few weeks ago however the photo I submitted wasn't great I was told but I've managed to find a better front face photo that should be able to be used in the graphics!
