The new Data Update 18.3 is seem to be missing some youth players, for example: Daniele Maldini and Eddy Salcedo aren't in the game anymore.
How is this possible?

It is SI policy that players younger than 16 at the time the season starts are not included in the game, for child protection purposes. Not sure if either of the 2 you mention are in that age range...
