Installation should be pretty much simple, and no additional editing is required.
You just save these kits as *.png files in any folder where there are other 3D kits. Name them paris1.png and paris2.png
Then open config.xml from that same folder and add this text right under the last lines:
<record from="paris1" to="graphics/pictures/team/XXX/kit_textures/home"/>
<record from="paris2" to="graphics/pictures/team/XXX/kit_textures/away"/>
XXX should be changed to ID code, I'm at work and I can't check which is it for Paris FC.
Also, you should check in editor if Paris FC in kits and colours have all five kits items (shirt, shorts, socks, icon, text). If not, add them.
Then start new game and kit should be visible.

You don't have to start new career. I ment you don't do this installation while the game running in background.
To summarize, copy kits in some folder where you already have 3D kits, open config.xml from that folder, copy those code lines from above, make sure club name and kit name match and that ID is correct. Then open game and continue your save.
