I understand this image may be on the small side, but it is the best I could find.
I think it's just about borderline cuttable although the resulting quality may not be the best if/when somebody takes it on...

I don't know anything about cutting really, but could they include a bit of the collar or shoulders so it doesn't look so tiny?

The image has to be upscaled by ~50% so the quality won't be any good. I'd say that it isn't worth putting any time into it.

I've cropped and resized it so that it's around 180 pixels high, and I don't think it's beyond cutting, really. Plenty worse sources have been cut
