I would tend to agree. Knowing the way @diogoamaral works, there probably isn't a more recent image available though...

But does that mean it should get a pass though? If there is no good pic then it should not be included - the guy is literally a kid on this pic, not even 16, probably not even 12.
I don't know about you, but for me, it would a bit odd/creepy/inappropriate? to include a cut-out like this in the pack, it's not like it's urgent to create a cut at all costs from whatever source that fits the resolution.

Thanks for your concern regarding this picture.
Obviously that the reason I've provided this source is that it was the best (and only) source I've found.
I don't think that the "If there is no good pic then it should not be included" policy is applied very often in our community, since there is a significant portion of cuts that are far worst than this one and I think it is consensual that a poor source is better than no source at all.
As I recall the player is in the 15-18 years range in the game but I really cant tell the age when the photo was taken, but I find it representative of the player in question.
Is it creepy or inappropriate? Its a personal opinion. The source is the player's profile in the official website in portuguese fooball federation (http://www.fpf.pt/Jogadores/Ficha-de-Jogador/playerId/747252), so Im ok with it, but I understand your point of view and I don't oppose the withdrawal of this request.
