I think we worked out for Carrick that we needed to make his player profile a ‘free agent’ - but separately changing his staff profile to a ‘coach’.
I don’t know if Motta has a staff profile in game?
Thanks buddy, I did ask and set him as a free agent, but the mod always disabled it...
Can you set him like you did for Carrick ? I keep on asking but setting him as retired removes him totally from the game, but he's the U19 manager at PSG now.

Since you set him as retired, he doesn't exist and is not in the game anymore.
Instead of retired in the editor, can you change his status of players of PSG, to "non-player", and change his contract as " U19 manager" ?
