Online database update

Hello, I am big fan of online database you got. But when I look I see old data ( winter transfers).
example: https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-2018/team/630/chelsea ( No Jorginho)

I want to ask when its gonna be updated? Will it be updated when windows closes or it will be updated as new FM 19 will be out?
If you plan to update it with summer transfers... Is it usually day after transfer window closes or month?

That page you posted is the official data for the FM18 database in the official database released after the January transfer window (i.e. 18.3). This data is only updated when official databases are released by SI, which now won't be until FM19 is released. The live transfer update is released every hour or so with all the transfers submitted by the community. You can see all the changes in each country/division/club using this search tool. For example, this is Chelsea's page, which includes all the changes effected in it.
