You need to get a skin which supports displaying these images within FM19. At this point, it may be a bit too early, but I genuinely have no idea if there's anything out there yet...

What are you talking about?
a) The file title is clearly showing it was released for FM18
b) I've already explained it may work for FM19, but not just yet
c) This file has been around since FM16, so as long as you have a skin which supports displaying these images, then it'll work even in those older versions.
So no, this pack is NOT only for FM19.

I wasn't aware you were adding to your post
For future reference, it may be best to either provide new images in separate posts or to submit all the images at once in one post. This is because there is the risk that tv_capper sees the post at an initial stage (like I did) and therefore isn't aware of any further edits or addition of images after that. Which would be a pity
