It's not possible as they're hard-coded not to appear, sadly. Best you can do is wait for somebody to release an add-on manually creating all the Japanese players at their club.

This file is in the process of being converted to FM19. Hopefully it won't be too long till it is released

Somebody has created Japan leagues on steam workshop. They've had to recreate Torres and Iniesta as both have new id numbers. I've had a quick look and it looks like they've been done accurately.
