Is there any way I can change a club's name in a save? I can't really find the option in the real time editor?

If the name was not changed via an editor data file before starting a new game, it is possible to change a club's name via lnc files. Here's a small guide to lnc files. And here's a link to a post explaining how to activate them in a file already containing some entries, which may help you understand what to do and where.
