Knackered now, I had to walk to work at 5.30 this morning which is a good four miles through open countryside, usually takes me about 40 minutes but it took me nearly an hour and a half in the snow. Then I found out the buses were bypassing my village due to the ice and I had to walk all the way back after doing my shift. Good training for my walk though.

I didn't today thankfully as I wouldn't have fancied working it wet clothes. I did the other day on the way home though, i didn't see a ditch whilst walking a cross a field as the snow had covered it and sunk into it.

Oh man. When I was driving home from work today, I saw this kid who was walking around like he owned the pavement. He sized up the ice and thought "I can slide down this hill". Arse over tit. It gave me back my faith in nature.

We've hardly had any whatsoever which is pleasing. I like snow, the novelty factor of it, but if you have anything to do it's a pain in the arse (especially if you slip, lol lmao).

One of the girls in school got walloped by 3 or 4 snowballs in a row , so bad she was on the verge of tears , then my friend comes along and smacks her right in the face with a snow ball. Pretty sure she won't be outside again tomorrow!

Nah, she was throwing snowballs like crazy herself. She was probably crying cos the snow wasn't pure snow, shitty snow really tbh, very hard when rolled into a ball. Few had to go home cos of cuts and that.

Well it's more a mixture of ice, snow and stones/pebbles of the ground mushed together.

They fucking hurt like hell.

I remember on our school ski trip out here in Australia, last year of school and I got this kid bang smack straight in the middle of the face, he started crying and then attempted to chase me!! That was hilarious mainly because he was no athlete and I was the fastest kid in school, was fucking hilarious.
