However, you still need to work a bit more on your technique. What method are you using at present?

This source could produce a better cut imo, something like this:

I use GIMP.
And then I take a picture and make the background transperant.
Then I use the lasso tool, then I glue the face in a 180x180 frame and scrape the head so that it fits with the cubic tool.

I don't use GIMP, so I can't really tell why, but all your cuts are blurred and unfocused around the edges, which is a pity given the quality of some of the sources you're cutting. If you use remove.bg and resize them, I think you would get a much better cut, for example, let alone if you used Photoshop...

Besides, if the source allows it, as in this case, we are now producing cuts in 250x250.

@mons i dont know how i use remove.bg in gimp. I use the lasso tool for cutting.

remove.bg cuts the source for you Once it's done, you should be able to use gimp to clean it up a bit, crop and resize it. Have a look at the spoiler in this post for more detailed instructions.

With a decent source like this one, you can go from source image to a good, completed cut in a couple of minutes
