That source image is much older than the existing MP cut. In fact, it was used for the 6.07 megapack cut 
Even if it wasn't, it's quite similar in terms of looks to the current MP cut so I don't think it'd be an improvement, either...

No worries, these things happen while you're still learning how this forum works.
If you want to give cutting a go, please look at the guides in this thread. Ideally, you need Photoshop (there's a link in the thread for a free and legal download of an old version) and you can use www.remove.bg to do the cutting (guide on how best to use it also in the above thread). Sources like this one are straightforward and could be completed in a couple of minutes
If you'd like help, feel free to post in that thread with "draft" cut-outs so that we can give you tips on how to improve them, or maybe speak to me via PM. Always happy to help out
