Data Update Poll!
Hello, there is currently an important debate going on regarding how to manage the FM24 Data Update going forward, particularly in the case of modifying the ages and contract dates by 1 year. Please can you vote in the poll and join in the discussion.

The in-game editor states the home shorts are black, yet when it comes to match day they play in red shorts ever time. Only way to change this is to disable licensed kits, which means I can't use the downloaded ss kits as Sunderland and that's naff.
I'm not the only one having this issue as per this link...

Cheers for the response, not sure how the create an fmXML file program works, can't grasp it via the instructions on the link. Played SI games since CM94, but I'm not a software developer or coder.

edit: Actually you'll need to edit the XML file afterwards, and change '/kits/' to /'kit_textures/' for it to work, my mistake

Well we have 3d kits that are already made on this site

then if you have any problem with the 3d kits you just post in that forum and you will get help

Thank you so much!!! I know this is an old post but you have no idea how happy you have just made me haha. I was so frustrated with the red shirts, red shorts and red socks of my Sunderland team. I simply right clicked your image and saved image as, go into Documents/Sports Interactive/Graphics and replaced the sunderland.png file with your one. Voila! The team now has the correct red & white stripe shirt, black shorts, black socks in the 3D match engine. Kudos to you sir, I don't normally post on these forums but you have really improved my FM experience. Cheers from New Zealand!
