I disagree. If you look at the other images on the official website, and also in social media, the logo is always white. In addition, in the main uniform the logo is white and also in all other uniforms.
So, the red logo is the exception, which is only used when it's on the white part of the uniform.

There are exceptions e.g. https://twitter.com/Olympic_FC/status/1032798440319664128 where it's red on a white background, and here where it's red on a black-white gradient... so I think it's just down to context depending on the background colour
