I can't see whether there's any snow as I'm not on my own PC, but the cut seems to be a bit stretched. What technique are you using?

If you combine remove.bg with the hints in this thread, you should be getting much better results
When resizing images, make sure the aspect ratio is maintained, otherwise you'll get stretched, disproportionate faces as in this case

Since you're still starting out, I would suggest asking for feedback on your cuts (either in a request's comments or via PM) before posting a cut as completed

Not a bother at all. The best way to learn is to try things oneself, then have an "expert" review your work. That way you learn hands-on and have somebody on hand who can help you improve you work from a base of knowledge and experience
