I dont know how it hasnt still been implanted that the sub players warm up during the game (much more 3), the manager could change a player withou warmini up, but he can be more proneto injury and play worse than one who has warmed up.

like the real life!

With the greatest of respect, both these posts reflect a lack of knowledge about how football actually operates in real-life. At even the lowest of semi-professional levels that I play in, the players warming up rotate every few minutes to avoid being caught not being warmed up. In my career, I don't think I can recall a single player who came on and had to be taken off due to injury caused by not warming up properly. Related to this, substitutes are aware that only 3 players can come on, so the amount of tantrums at having warmed up but not being subbed on has been extremely small down the years and are usually caused by another underlying issue (unhappiness with manager, lack of playing time etc.).

every player warms up before play, unless a extremelly urge change (for instance a goalkeeper), the idea give more reality to the game, the manager must select some players to warming up before to play, if finally the manager select other player who doesnt warm up, he should play worse and maybe feel injuried, more or less like the true live.

moreover give more optiions to be a good manager, who can select the players to warm up for instance in the break, but if he doesnt change the player till min 85 the player is already tired, this kind of things...

Again, I'm afraid that what you're saying bears little relation to real-life football at any level beyond the truly amateur. Players who warm up rotate every few minutes these days, so if you're called upon at very short notice, you'll have been warming up a maximum of 5 minutes ago, which isn't anywhere near enough to increase the risk of injury.

Also, are you seriously suggesting one of the match-day tasks for human managers should be to choose who warms up and when? Is that not what you have a fitness coach for?
