On their Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/fedofutbol/ ), it's their new profile picture, the current logo in the database is their former, so I think it means that they changed it

Could just be that it takes some time to phase out the old logo. But that will be seen in the future.

Your right so far as to Lega Nazionale Dilettanti has a new logo.... but It is not the logo for all the lower leagues in italy.

Here is the LND shield logo (+ redundant text on the right) in vector format. I extracted it from the source code of https://www.lnd.it, so its the one that is atm on the top left of that page.
