Iv added the picture to my face folder and added the player to the config files but its still not showing in-game do you know why that could be?

That's because you didn't make it as .png and your "cut" had white background,leave this one to someone else who will do it better and if you are interested in cuting visit this thread,there are some good tips

Check out is it .PNG or .png ...if you done everything,including adding to the config. file and still now showing up,check that thing,because if images are .PNG they won't show up,extention at the and should be small letters .png
