@Draskulla, the sizes for cutouts are either 250x250 in case of large HQ sources or 180x180 otherwise. Additionally, you should also have 2-3 pixels below the chin and above the hair. I've made both your cuts available again for cutting. Do take the time to read the guidelines for cutters in here.

A little bit. It still contains some snow from the original source, and there is no need to leave such a large space above the hair. Once cropped, you should then resize it to fit either of the sizes allowed depending on the existing dimensions.

Neither am I, rest assured

The range of options you can do with Paint 3D is much less than with Photoshop, though, and it's unlikely you'll ever be able to produce top-notch cuts using it, I'm afraid...
