It's great quality cut,but action images are not that great in game,especially if you have such a great source like is the one that dydwo had post.

There isn't much wrong with your source or your cut, apart from a small bit of snow which is easily fixed. But the facial expression of your source image isn't very natural, and the one posted by dydwo is just about the perfect source - good quality, a clear background and straight-on - would be a pity not to try and use it.
