Faces mega pack failing to download

Hey guys. I've bought a new laptop and had to reinstall FM19 and the packs. Had no issue with the logos but cannot get the larger 11GB facepack to download. It keeps failing part way through. Any ideas why?

It could be that your connection with the server keeps getting interrupted. With a file that large and the relatively longer download time it involves, it's been known to happen. Could be an issue with your internet service or our servers. Happily, Google Chrome allows an in-built downloaded resumer. When the download stops, just click resume and you should be fine

Well that is a possibility of course, but it's never been a problem until recently. I use Firefox, and it also has a resumer, but the resumer doesn't work. Frustrating when you get 10gb downloaded then it times out.
